Tab Yager, VP Life & Annuity Operations

Tab is responsible for developing and sustaining strong partnerships with our carriers and collaborating on cross-organizational strategy ensuring consistent quality through best-in-class controls and processes. His team focuses on streamlining the new business process and ultimately improving the client experience.

He oversees case management, suitability, policy issue and underwriting. Tab also works closely with compliance, IT and marketing to ensure the service experience is exceptional.

Deitra manages a team of experience colleagues that handle everything from submit to placing policies in-force. Her team works diligently behind the scenes to move policies along and ensure cases flow smoothly— from being in-good-order to gathering the necessary underwriting requirements.
