As CreativeOne’s chief ambassador, Sarah communicates how marketing and practice management can help agents and advisors expand their practices. She leads the education channel, recruiting prospective agents and advisors who want to join CreativeOne. Her knowledge of marketing, combined with her embodiment of CreativeOne’s philosophy, make her a formidable leader in this ever-changing industry.

Pat has been in the financial services industry for 15+ years. He’s a United States Air Force Gulf War Era veteran. During his early career as a policeman, he also became a hostage negotiator/team leader.

Intrigued by the world of business, Pat changed careers and served in multiple leadership roles in the communications and financial services industries focusing on small business development and best practice implementation.

Pat founded Financial Life Matters to provide independent, education-based retirement income planning. It was important to Pat to create a company that is independent of outside influence to act solely in the best interest of his clients. Education is the foundation for guidance, eliminating outdated concepts and approaches.

Erik began his financial career in 2009 and after years in the business, was compelled to create a boutique financial firm focusing on the important and complex transition people make into retirement. Erik’s goal is to help clients live the retirement they envision and help alleviate anxiety with clear, concise advice so they can make confident decisions.

Erik is an accomplished public speaker delivering numerous workshops focusing on pension planning, Social Security filing and tax-efficient distribution strategies during retirement. He also hosts Uncommon Cents, a podcast dealing with essential topics relating to retirement planning.

Matthew also spends some time traveling the country each year consulting other advisors in the industry on his Retire for L.I.F.E.™ process. He’s also asked to present to reps and advisors with many broker-dealers and/or RIAs. While Matthew enjoys doing this he enjoys helping and meeting with his own clients the most. He knows how important good wealth management is on a personal level, too, because he’s seen loved ones who ended up being forced to work through their retirements because of bad financial advice.
